Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide me a 24 hour notice. Every appointment will receive a text reminder 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please be advised that failure to provide a 24 hour notice will result in a short notice cancellation fee (50% of the service price). No-show appointments will result in a no-show fee (50% of the service price). With a 24 hour notice, I am able to make the time slot available to others.
